The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett has welcomed his first child with his model wife Hannah Cooper, and revealed the tot's adorable name.
On Tuesday evening, comedian Joel, 38, and Hannah, 32, took to Instagram to share the happy news that they had welcomed a baby boy.
In an adorable Instagram post. the couple posted a black and white picture of their baby's feet.
They captioned the snap: "Wilde Cooper-Dommett. Pinterest perfect baby feet that are already bigger than his Dad’s."
The name Wilde is both a boy's name and a girl's name meaning "undomesticated, uncultivated," according to Nameberry.
It was originally an English surname derived from a nickname describing someone who was untamed, wild, or violent.
In this instance, the addition of the -e takes this from a daring word name to a literary honour name, for the inimitable Irish author, poet and playwright Oscar Wilde, infamous for his wit and flamboyance.
Joel and Hannah announced they were expecting a baby back in May, sharing their joyful news alongside a pair of photobooth snaps of Hannah's blossoming bump.
Joel has been keeping his followers updated on their pregnancy journey on his Instagram page, and last month gave fans a glimpse as he got to work on the new nursery.
Hannah and Joel tied the knot in Greece in 2019, two years after the TV star got down on one knee.
Joel hailed their wedding as "the best day ever" as they exchanged vows on the beach.
Speaking to OK! shortly after tying the knot, Joel shared his and Hannah's baby plans and said that they wanted to wait a couple of years before starting a family.
"I think we’re just going to chill for a couple of years and see what happens," he told us at the time.
"We’re in no rush to push it forward. I’m genuinely just really enjoying myself and I feel very lucky. Hopefully we’ll continue on that streak."
While Joel found fame on Skins in 2007, he's gone to become a staple of many people's Saturday nights after becoming the host of The Masked Singer in 2019.
He's also hosted the NTAs three times, most memorably in October 2022 where he accidentally referred to King Charles as the Prince of Wales.
In light of his NTA hosting duties, Joel has admitted that he'd one day like to hand himself one of the awards.
Speaking ahead of the 2021 NTAS, where The Masked Singer had been nominated for an award, Joel told us: "Obviously, I’d love The Masked Singer to win – it would be a narcissist’s dream to hand myself an award with the other hand!"
