Ben Foden has been enjoying a romantic getaway with his wife Jackie following his elimination from Dancing on Ice.

The rugby ace, 36, became the first celebrity to be voted off the show, after losing a skate-off to Lorraine presenter Ria Hebden during week one of the ITV competition.

Ben looks to have gotten over his shock departure from the show however, and he and wife Jackie, 37, have headed off on a romantic getaway, along with their one year old daughter Farrah.

They have been staying at celeb hotspot Soho Farmhouse, located in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside.

Jackie, who lives in New York, has been busy documenting their trip over on Instagram, where she's shared a series of gorgeous snaps.

In one adorable photograph, Ben looked every inch the doting dad as he kissed daughter Farrah on the cheek.

Mum-of-one Jackie captioned the sweet picture: "Daddy smooches", along with a red heart emoji.

She has also shared a selection of photographs showcasing their stay at Soho Farmhouse, including some stunning shots of the countryside.

Ben and Jackie have been busy exploring the gorgeous spot, enjoying long walks and relaxing in their lavish cabin.

The couple even tried their hand at shooting, with Jackie posting footage of both her and Ben's attempts.

Another picture showed the loved-up couple beaming as they stood outside Soho Farmhouse, both wrapped up in matching winter coats.

Ben has also been enjoying some much-needed retail therapy, with could be seen looking relaxed as he posed with his shopping bag from Soho Home.

Jackie and Ben's romantic getaway comes after she recently hit out at Dancing on Ice following her husband's elimination.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the 37 year old posted a long statement branding the ITV show "unfair" and "pointless".

Jackie questioned the show in her lengthy statement, where she wrote: "What's the point of saying it's a skate competition when it's really just a popularity competition?"

Disappointed at Ben's premature exit, she also said: "It's a bit unfair, and we're a bit sad, the worst skater wasn't the first to go, I don't really see the point."

She finished off the statement by admitting that she was eager to get back to New York, adding: “Had my fair share of England for a while, time to get back to the real world and get our lives back. Thanks all for the support and love!!”
