TESCO Clubcard holders are being urged to reclaim lost points as "millions" of vouchers are set to expire on February 29.
The supermarket said the amount of forgotten vouchers is equivalent to 650,000 weekly shops, but it wouldn't share the exact number.
Clubcard vouchers come with an expiry date of two years, so if you don't use them before this point then you'll lose out.
Tesco shoppers earn points on all spending in store, at Tesco fuel stations, or if they have a financial product with the supermarket, such as a debit or credit card.
Once you've collected over 150 points in a three month period Tesco sends your points as vouchers.
You collect one point for every £1 spent (or one point for every £2 on fuel) and 150 points nets you a £1.50 voucher.
You can spend this for face value at Tesco, or you can triple the points value by using them with one of the supermarket's 150 reward partners, such as Thorpe Park or Pizza Express.
Alessandra Bellini, Tesco's chief customer officer, said: "We understand that our customers lead busy lives and may forget about the points and vouchers that they’ve built up over time.
"With a large number set to expire at the end of the month, we are encouraging people to check the Clubcard app to see if any of these unused vouchers are theirs."
How to reclaim lost points
To track down your lost points all you need to do is log in on the Tesco Clubcard website, which shows your voucher history, including points that haven't been spent yet.
Any unused ones can be spent instantly online, while you'll need to print off the vouchers to use them in store.
Alternatively, you can check your points and vouchers and scan them at a Tesco till via the free Clubcard app.
If you've misplaced your paper vouchers, you can check these on the app too.
The app is available for both iPhone and Android users.
To sign up for "Faster Vouchers" – which means you don't need to wait for your points statement every three months – log into your Clubcard account.
Then select the button that turns your points into vouchers, which will appear in your account within 24 hours.
You can then use them online or in store.
