Amy continued: “Our podcast is a mixture of our vulnerability, education and play.
“Not only do we bring in educators, therapists and other experts on sex and relationships advice, we also share our own struggles with sexuality.
“Lost libido, sexual trauma, relationship and communication breakdowns, navigating heartbreak as well as painful breakups and divorces – we help to normalise the challenges of sex and relationships by sharing our own journey of ‘here’s where I got stuck and here’s how I got through it’.”
Amy has done sexual sessions with couple’s in a bid to improve their intimacy.
She explained: “[We do] everything from reigniting and realigning the sexual fire to reconfiguring the relationship structure (monogamy to non-monogamy) to working through emotional ruptures in the relationships.
“Podcasts are everywhere. We have listeners all over the globe, which means we can get the message to folks living in cities or communities that don’t have a lot of sex-positive resources (classes, therapists, etc).
“We can continue to teach sex-ed workshops all over the US, but these workshops are usually limited to 50 people and in more progressive cities to begin with.”
The sex coach also revealed how her podcasts is to help get the message of sex-positivity out there.
She continued: “People can listen and learn in private from anywhere and at any time.
“We receive countless emails from folks from all over the world sharing appreciation and praise for inspiring them to make a positive change in their sex lives.
“They are grateful for the tips and tools, as well as the guests we bring on the show, but it seems the biggest piece is hearing two women speak unabashedly about sex.
“We invite people to question what they’ve been told about how sex should be and to ask deeper questions about what they really want, who they are, and how they can move forward to be the widely free sexual being that is their birthright.”
