The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been praised for sharing sweet photos of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after their final royal engagement.
The Fab Four were together publicly for the first time since November as they joined the Queen for the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey.
However according to experts it wasn't exactly a joyful reunion, and the Sussexes' final engagement was said to be marred with tensions behind the scenes.
But that didn't stop Kate and William from marking the historical occasion by sharing a series of photos on social media, including separate pictures of Meghan and Harry.
While they didn't mention anything about the importance of the event, fans were quick to praise them for their sweet gesture.
The first photo shows Kate and William walking out of the abbey, followed by a lovely photo of the Queen.
The next shows Prince Charles and Camilla followed by a snap of Meghan chatting to boxing legend Anthony Joshua .
There is also a photo of Prince Harry fist bumping Craig David, a nod to the ban on handshaking amid the Coronavirus crisis, and a picture of his uncle Prince Edward with his wife Sophie Wessex.
Their caption read: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined The Queen and Members of @TheRoyalFamily for the annual #CommonwealthDay Service at Westminster Abbey.
"The Commonwealth represents a global network of 54 countries working in collaboration towards shared economic, environmental, social and democratic goals — the Commonwealth theme for 2020 is Delivering A Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming.
"Her Majesty The Queen was 26 years old when she became Head of the Commonwealth in 1952 — important symbolic and unifying role.
"As Head, Her Majesty personally reinforces the links by which the Commonwealth joins people together from around the world.
"From working to protect the earth's natural resources and preserving the planet for generations to come, to championing fair trade and empowering the youth of today to transform the communities of tomorrow, this year’s Service celebrated the Commonwealth's continued commitment to delivering a peaceful, prosperous and more sustainable future for all."
Commenting on the Sussex and Cambridge reunion, body language expert Judi James told Mirror Online described it was a "rather odd greeting ritual".
She said: "Harry and Meghan looked a lot more genuinely cheerful, and Harry especially, through a really affectionate smile at Kate.
"But when it was William, you could see Harry was slightly more rigid and his lips were closed."
Speaking more generally about Meghan and Harry at the event, she said: "It wasn't the warm reunion that we were all hoping for. The tension in Harry's body language especially was palpable.
"When he arrived, the minute he and Meghan had to drop hands, he immediately reached for his wedding ring which is a self comfort.
"Even when she was beside him after they had stopped holding hands, he was missing her, needing her support.
"As Harry walked up the aisle, they both waved at the children, but his face otherwise was quite tense and unsmiling."
