The scene then moves on to Ray persuading Faye to sleep with him, as he says she’ll “benefit from opportunities [he’s] offering” if she joins him in the bath.
Horrified viewers expressed their thoughts on Twitter with one writing: “Eww what age is Faye? That old man is creepy af #corrie." [sic]
Another added: “Eww ray is after Faye she’s old enough to be you’re child … ew Faye don’t do it #Corrie.”

Who is Ellie Leach?
Ellie Leach is best known for playing the role of Faye Windass on hit ITV soap Coronation Street.
Faye is the daughter of Tim Metcalfe and Jenny Butler, previously adopted by Anna Windass.
Faye made her Coronation Street debut in 2011 and the character has since been through many dramatic storylines, including a teenage pregnancy in 2014 and the recent scenes with Ray.
