TV favourites Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on Friday 26 June, and viewers got a peek inside their romance as the couple, who have been together for 24 years, hosted This Morning together.
Eamonn, 60, kicked off the show as he said to Ruth: “Darling, happy anniversary. On this day 10 years ago we tied the knot it was the hottest day of the year and Ruth couldn't believe her luck!”
Eamonn then presented a hamper of tinned gifts to his wife in honour of a decade of married life.
He pulled out the produce to show to Ruth, also 60, including cans of gin and tonic, a tin of biscuits, a tin of espresso coffee, tomato soup – which Ruth said is her favourite – and baked beans, which she wasn’t so keen on.
However, that wasn’t the only touching gift Ruth received from her husband, as the 60 year old has now shown fans a look at the gifts Eamonn laid on at the couple’s stunning Surrey home.

Sharing a video of an incredible cake with her 887,000 Instagram followers, Ruth penned: “Thank you @eamonnholmes for making our 10th Wedding Anniversary so special and for organising this amazing cake from the genius who made our wedding cake @simplycakes01.
“It’s fantastic Jonathan! Although Eamonn didn’t wear an @manchesterunited badge on the actual day!! #anniversary #10years #love #married.”
The incredible, thoughtful gift sees icing characters of Ruth and Eamonn positioned atop the cake with rose petals falling over the genius creation, and it’s all based around a snap of Eamonn and Ruth on their wedding day.

“Happy 10th wedding anniversary Ruth” is written on the base of the cake, and inside is red velvet which Ruth revealed after sharing another video of the sweet treat.
And Ruth, who called her husband a “wonderful romantic,” also shared a video of the gorgeous happy anniversary balloons he’d bought her.
The gold and white balloons can be seen sitting proudly in the couple’s home, and after Eamonn's sweet gestures, fans were quick to commend him.

“He’s a keeper,” wrote Loose Women star Saira Khan, whilst Lizzie Cundy added: “What a hubby.”
And one fan gushed over the loved-up couple, writing: “That's gorgeous you both are so perfect together happy anniversary have a gorgeous day.”
Another fan added: “Awww I love Eamonn even more now. How lovely! Enjoy your anniversary.” [sic]

Ruth and Eamonn married in 2010 at Elvetham Hall, Hampshire, and the ceremony was attended by their friends and family.
After being gifted with her hamper on This Morning, Ruth queried after a diamond as she said: “Thank you, is there a diamond or something in the bottom hidden?”
Eamonn jokingly replied: “Now why can’t you just be thankful, why do you have to spoil it all?” as Ruth laughed.
Earlier in the day, Ruth posted a tribute to her husband on Twitter with pictures from their wedding.
She captioned the gorgeous pictures: “Loving & laughing for 24 years…Happy 10th Anniversary my darling.” [sic]
