Cara Delevingne had such a blast at Leah McSweeney’s Halloween bash that she tumbled right off the stage.

A video exclusively obtained by Page Six shows the model onstage Saturday night enjoying Azealia Banks’ performance and then stumbling to the edge before a security guard catches her.

Delevingne managed to get back up and bow down to Banks, who then gave her a hug at the end of her song “212.”

An eyewitness told us that the “Paper Towns” actress, 29, was “really drunk” at the party, which took place at The Box in New York City. No other “Housewives” attended McSweeney’s soiree.

“Everybody was drunk at that debaucherous party,” our insider shared.

Reps for Delevingne didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Banks, who started her set around 2:15 a.m., was onstage for an hour and performed “1991,” “Anna Wintour” and “Six Flags.”

While onstage, Banks, 30, also went on a rant about Dave Chappelle’s attitude toward transgender people and claimed people were “trying to gaslight” her and call her “homophobic.”

“All these motherf–kers are gay on the low,” she said before launching into her next song.

McSweeney, 39, dressed as Madonna holding her Moonman from the 1995 VMAs when the Queen of Pop wore Tom Ford for Gucci.

Given that she was the host of the evening, the “Real Housewives of New York City” star stayed the whole time — unlike at Dave Quinn’s book party, where Page Six broke the news that she, Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps “had a pact” to leave once their co-star Eboni K. Williams arrived.

“When Eboni entered from the right, they all were on the left and exited,” an insider told us. “They fled as soon as she walked in.”
