11.37am – Tea break

Experts found this is when we’re most likely to suffer a morning slump and need a break.

12.43am – Take lunch

This is when a typical worker will tuck into their grub – usually scoffing it down in 15 minutes.

2pm – Crash the car

Researchers found car accidents are most likely to happen between 2pm and 4pm.

4.12pm – Have a snack

This is when we’re probably going to get the munchies, research by Seasonal Berries says.

5.22pm – Leave work

We’ll typically clock off at this time, according to a survey by Mars of 2,000 office workers.

5.30pm – Have a pint

This time on a Saturday is the most popular for beer o’clock.

6pm – Go to the gym

A MindBody poll showed this is the favourite hour for workouts.

6.45pm – Have an affair

A survey of people who admit to having had affairs found that this time on Friday was when they were most likely to cheat.

7.47pm – Eat dinner

This is when we will have supper, claims a survey for Jacob’s Creek wines.

8pm – Have a row

Statistically we’re most likely to argue with our other half at this time – usually on a Thursday.

8.05pm – Shop online

This is when we’re probably going to buy something online, according to Worldpay research, usually while watching telly.

9pm – Use Tinder

People on the dating app will likely use it from 8pm-9pm.

11.15 – Go to bed.

Figures from The Sleep Council show the average among us goes to bed at this time – typically getting six hours and 35 minutes kip.
