Princess Beatrice of York is walking down the aisle in just a few months. The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is marrying a long time family friend.

Ninth-in-line to the throne, Beatrice is following her sister down the aisle, after Eugenie married her beau in 2018.

Beatrice and her fiancé, a property developer, have known one another for many years, but began dating in 2018. According to some reports, their romance was reignited at sister Eugenie’s wedding.

Previously, Beatrice dated Virgin Galactic businessman Dave Clark for 10 years, however, they split in 2016.

He then went on to marry an American woman named Lynn Anderson, two years later.

Thankfully, Beatrice is now celebrating her own happily ever after. Buckingham Palace revealed details of the nuptials last week.

A statement read: “Her Majesty The Queen has kindly given permission for the ceremony to take place at The Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace.

“The ceremony will be followed by a private reception, given by The Queen, in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.”

A body language expert has analysed Beatrice and Edoardo, giving an insight into their relationship ahead of the Royal Wedding 2020.

Expert Judi James told Express.co.uk the couple are “more celebrity than royal.”

She likened them to an internationally famous couple, and said: “Eduardo (is) often towing Beatrice along behind him in the style of the Beckhams.”

She added: “Eduardo looks totally camera-ready, often posing closer to the camera than his fiancée, posing with his chin up and his eye looking direct to the lens while his less assured, smitten and slightly timid-looking royal love either nestles up under his arm or peeks out from somewhere behind him.

“Eduardo looks like the romantic ideal to a quietly adoringly-in-love-looking Beatrice. You can’t help but imagine that his arrival in court was like Lord Flasheart arriving in Blackadder, watched by a swooning Queen Elizabeth I.”

She went on: “Edoardo looks glamorous, suave, worldly and charming, and in this relationship it looks like Beatrice feeding off his confidence rather than the other way round.”

The couple may be echoing another royal couple who are embracing celebrity status.

Judi James previously commented on Prince Harry’s red carpet appearances, telling Express.co.uk: “Harry’s body language signals suggest he’s fully tuned into his new celebrity status, looking confident, relaxed and rather dashing as he walks the red carpet with Meghan.”

Beatrice’s fiancé Edo has a son with his former fiancée Dara Huang, who he split with in 2018.

The pair had Christopher, who is nicknamed “Wolfie”, in 2016.

It is not known if the little boy will be at Beatrice and Edo’s wedding.

However, there are some other small children who are likely to be at the wedding, according to bookies. Kate Middleton’s children are likely to be bridesmaid and pageboys.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “With the date for Beatrice’s big day now being confirmed, attention will turn to the finer details and the early signs point towards key roles for George, Louis and Charlotte.”

Bookies have revealed the latest odds on page boys and bridesmaids for the big day.

And at 10/11 apiece, George and Louis are set for big roles, with their sister Charlotte being a 4/6 shot to be a bridesmaid.
