A SODA lover has impressed social media users with his hands-free method for pouring the drink without spilling a drop.
It's one of those tips that – once you learn it – it's hard to forget.
The trick was shared on TikTok by Today Years Old (@todayyearsoldig) in a video on the subject of "What's something you learned that absolutely blew your mind?"
"Ever since learning how to properly pour soda into a cup, I no longer can pour soda regularly anymore," says the man in the video, identified as Jordan Howlett (@J_the_stallion8).
Then he quickly demonstrated how to pop open the soda can tab to a right angle, grab a large glass and slickly rest the can on the top of the glass at an angle until it empties.
"And it pours it perfectly, there's no overfizz, there's no overflow," he said in the video.
"This doesn't touch the can and it empties out the cup completely."
He said that since he has learned the trick, he cannot go back to pouring drinks any other way.
"Im not going to lie to you – it is the best thing ever," he said.
"My family is quite annoyed with me, pouring all the soda like this," he joked.

"I also learned this as well," he said, throwing in one more tip for watchers.
He then demonstrated how to turn the soda tab around to the mouth of the can to create a straw holder.
People on social media had a lot to say about the simple but unknown technique.
"Thanks bro, cheers," one user replied, posting a photo of his own perfectly poured soda.
"Does this work for beer cans?," another asked.
But not everyone was able to pull off the trick.
"This doesn’t work. Foamed over," one person wrote.
