A WOMAN has revealed that she gave her daughter’s bedroom a mega glow up whilst on a budget.
So if you are thinking about giving your home a makeover, but haven’t got loads of cash to splash, you’ll need to listen up.
Using cheap buys from Amazon, Etsy, Ikea and Temu, this money-saving mum was able to give her child’s space a fresh feel, without breaking the bank.
Sharing a before and after look of her daughter’s bedroom online, the mother, who confirmed she lives in a council house, said: “My daughter's bedroom glow up so far.
“Not finished but we’re getting there.”
At the start of the social media clip, we saw a look at the space before its overhaul, as the woman noted: “My daughter’s bedroom when we got the keys.”

Not only was the wallpaper peeling, but the cracked floor desperately needed some love.
The space lacked personality and so the mother got to work on her DIY “decor on a budget” job.
Seconds later, the DIY whizz gave her followers a close-up look at her toddler’s room, after its brilliant transformation.
The flooring had been transformed with a beautiful grey carpet and the chipped walls were nowhere in sight.

The mother confirmed that she used a stencil from Etsy to transform her daughter’s wall, creating a gorgeous pink scalloping look.
She noted: “I used a stencil from Etsy. [It] was quite easy.”
The DIY whizz decorated the bedroom with a variety of adorable items, including a hanging plant from Ikea and pictures from Temu.
The social media user confirmed that she also nabbed a white net from Temu, which she used around a ball pit for her little one.
When it came to paint, the mother explained: “The pink is blush pink by Dulux and the white is pure white [by] Johnstone’s.”
Not only this, but the savvy mum also nabbed her curtains on the cheap, from Amazon.
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @homewithnumber7, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed a staggering 90,200 views.
Social media users were left stunned at the DIY job and many were eager to express this in the comments.
