MAINTAINING a healthy diet doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your taste buds.

A TikToker, who dropped 66 pounds in six months, shared her go-to snack during her weight loss journey.

In her video, Rooxy (@rooxy.official) showed her followers how to make her "favorite easy healthy snack."

In the caption of the clip, she asked her audience: "Do you often struggle with cravings?"

Rooxy suggested trying her cooking-free recipe "with your favorite peppers."

For her first step, she cut a red bell pepper in half and removed the core and seeds.

Rooxy then spread Philadelphia light cream cheese on the inside of three pepper halves.

Next, she seasoned the peppers with garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder.

She also added a sprinkling of black sesame seeds to the top of the cheese.

For her final step, Rooxy placed a folded slice of chicken breast onto each pepper.

Her followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the simple snack.

"This will be my breakfast tomorrow," wrote one impressed TikTok user.

Another viewer suggested: "It also tastes really good if you use shrimp."

"A lot of [Rooxy's recipes] do look very good," commented a third person.

Another woman shared her own weight loss go-to recipe, which she said helps to cure any cold.

A second healthy TikToker demonstrated how to make her three-ingredient chocolate chip brownies.
