SHE's spent over two decades at the top of the modelling trade having wowed the nation with her incredible curves.
And Kelly Brook, 40, has recently stunned fans by transforming her figure – by dropping an impressive two stone.
The model and TV star has gone from a size 16 to a size 10-12 in the space of one year – and now feels healthier than she's ever been.
And many of Kelly's fans have been left wondering exactly how the model has trimmed down – but still maintained her famous curves.
Here, we take you through exactly how Kelly has managed to shape up and drop two dress sizes…
1. Eating six times a day
Kelly has been following the SlimFast slimming programme – a diet plan which allows you to eat up to six times a day.
Speaking about the diet, she told the Daily Star: "I've dropped two dress sizes, thanks to SlimFast.
"It's a simple and effective plan, which is perfect for anyone like me who is always on the go!
"I also love that you can eat up to six times a day."
2. Couple workouts
Kelly has revealed that her Italian boyfriend Jeremy Parisi – six years her junior and an expert in judo – is aiding her fitness regime.
The couple are regularly spotted working out together in the gym.
She said: "If I have the time, I will also try to schedule a few runs into my week, usually with Jeremy to make it more interesting!"
It comes following studies which show teaming up with a partner can help you stay motivated to get fit and keep weight off.
3. Treating herself
Kelly says she's all about balance and allows herself to have the occasional treat – including a slice of her favourite lemon drizzle cake.
She said: "I'm a total foodie, but there has to be a balance.
"Diets shouldn't be about deprivation. They need to be sustainable, after all.

"That's why I'm going to enjoy pancakes this Pancake Day!
"I really enjoy my food and love baking up tasty treats in the kitchen – as you will see from my forthcoming appearance on The Great Celebrity Bake Off."
4. Pilates
Kelly does a pilates class once a week in order to maintain her svelte figure.
She says it also helps her to clear her head if she's feeling "a bit down" or has had "too many glasses of wine".
She told Good to Know: "I do exercise a lot, I think that’s really good for not only your body but also your headspace."
5. Gardening
One of Kelly's favourite hobbies is gardening – and she regularly posts snaps of her five-acre garden on Instagram.
She has also become a gardening expert on daytime TV show This Morning.
Kelly claims gardening is one thing that has kept her toned, saying: "I love gardening, which is a great way to stay in shape."
6. Being body confident
Kelly says being happy in her own skin has helped her get the body she has now.
She told Good to Know: "When you get to a certain age and a certain level of happiness, you realise it’s actually it’s nice to be kind to yourself and just accept your body shape and what works for you.
"This has definitely what’s happened for me and has helped the relationship with my body."
On top of this, in the past Kelly has openly admitted to tweaking photos on her phone when she doesn’t like what she sees.
But since beginning her weight loss journey her confidence has sky rocketed.
She said: “I’m really proud with the real me. Now I can wear what I fancy rather than what will fit. I’m back to my best and back into my favourite pair of skinny jeans!”
