IT'S quite normal, the week before Christmas, to worry you haven’t bought your loved ones enough, or that what you have got isn’t right.
Luckily one savvy mum has shared some inspiration for those that might be struggling.
Hannah, known online as @hannahhomeeducates, regularly shares parenting tips with her 137,000 followers.
In a recent TikTok video, the mum-of-three shares what she’s putting in her 11-year-old daughter’s stocking – and it all came in at just under £15.
“This is what’s in my 11-year-old’s £15 Christmas stocking.
“Very typically I promised you a stocking video and then started wrapping up her stuff, so I have to unwrap because I’ve already forgotten what’s in here.

I’m a savvy mum and this is what women really want for Christmas
“Okay, starting strong we have a shiny bath bomb. I actually forgot to take the price off, so I’m glad I had to unwrap that.
“We have some foaming bath soap. They loved this last year and asked for it again after they got it last year.
“Same applies for the Hubba Bubba. I don’t know what it is about Hubba Bubba, they love it, so they’re getting that.
“Then we’ve got some fake nails from Primark. She will love these.

“Some Festive Friends chocolate biscuits, a chocolate selection box.
“Two pairs of fuzzy socks and a pair of slipper socks.
“And a lipstick.
“I do have one extra thing and I’m wondering whether to save this for her birthday or not, but basically she really wanted this book and we looked in the library and they didn’t have it.
“So I did get it. I think I’m going to give it to her, even though it’s technically over the budget because it’s a book and I want them to be reading all the time.”
Hannah also reminded her followers that she isn’t bothered by people calling her ‘cheap’.
She added: “This is a polite reminder that I don’t care if you think I am cheap.
“My kids are exceptionally privileged children. They get to travel all the time, they’re home educated so they get toys and supplies and trips throughout the year.
“I want them to be grounded, I want them to appreciate stuff for their own mental health as much as anything else.”
But fans loved Hannah’s budget present haul, with the video gaining more than 17,000 likes and 214,000 views.
In the comments, other mums backed Hannah’s decision to set the £15 budget for her kids’ stockings, with one writing: “Too many kids get too much these days, what you’ve got is great.”

A third added: “I’ve spoilt my kids rotten. Because I never got what I would’ve loved. But it’s backfired. My now 9 & 13 year old are accustomed to huge expense.”
