AN INTERIOR designer has shared the top three worst countertops for your kitchen.
Claiming there are three counter tops that will make you home look cheap and tacky, the interior designer shared why you should avoid them at all costs.
Taking to TikTok, interior designer Bilal Rehman shares his list in a dramatic video online.
He said: “Laminate – not only is it cheap, but it’s also ugly as f**k.”
Bilal claimed: “Not even a $400 [£315] homes you can buy from the Home depot website have that ugly a** countertop in it.”
“There are plenty of better alternatives that cost just about the same that look way better – ditch the laminate it's never a good option, " he concluded.

The interior designer says concrete is one of the worst countertops for spreading mould.
“Concrete – not only are they aesthetic as f**k but they are also porous as f**k and you know what those pores are gonna hold? Dirt, roach eggs, food, nasty asbestos, mould.”
“Everything that you don't want in your body. Do you want to bring mould in your house?” he asked.
He said: “I didn’t think so. So avoid countertops that are made out of concrete."

Bilal claims only crazy people have stainless steel countertops in their kitchen and says they belong in restaurants.
He said: “Let me ask you a question: do you work in a restaurant? I didn't think so. So you don't need stainless steel countertops in your kitchen.”

Although the interior designer confessed they are easy to clean.
“They dent, they scratch and yeah maybe your antimicrobial or whatever but guess what they are also ugly.”
He said: “Ditch the stainless steel countertops is time for some adult countertops, something that is pretty and speaks to your personality because I know your not a stainless steel b**ch.”
The interior designers video went viral with over 1.7 million views.
Though most viewers agreed with Bilal’s points, it was his delivery that had many people rolling with laughter.
