A GYM training disciple has revealed her secrets for the perfect body.
But achieving her look will require a whole lot of dedication and commitment.
It is something Lola Ackman (@lolaackman) is no stranger to.
Her TikTok is devoted to the pursuit of a body beautiful and her latest post has inspired many of her 93,000 followers.
But a change in body shape won't happen overnight she warned.
"When people ask me how long my transformation took I don’t wanna lie and say two weeks like other influcencers," said Lola.
But this fitness guru has spilled the beans on how she did it.
“Secret to getting an hourglass for summer," she said, as she admired her hard work in the mirror.
Then Lola shared her magic: “Gotta work your glute medius and the lats babes," she said.
In her video, she could be seen working her upper and lower body.

Pumping iron and resistance training are featured widely.
Leant over a bench, she exercised her butt by lifting a heavy weight, and for her upper arms, she did chest presses and used a dumbbell to tone the back of her arms.
She attached weights to her lower legs for some focused training.
Her honed and toned body was evidence that her method worked.
For the Florida native, good physical health goes hand in hand with good mental health, and she will continue to push her limits.
"It’s a process I enjoy," she admitted, "and that’s all that matters."
