A FITNESS fan has revealed the secret to her youthful appearance and toned figure.

She said she loves doing squats because you can have strong, sexy legs at any age.


Exercise enthusiast Stephanie (@seniorstrong) feels strong and sexy at 65 years old.

In a TikTok video, she showcased her love of health and weightlifting.

When the video began, she stood in front of the camera wearing a black floral peplum shirt, black shorts, black open-toe heels, and black sunglasses.

She posed and popped her hip before she easily dropped it low to the ground and quickly came back up.

The subtitle read: "How can I do this at age 65?"

Then, the visual jumped to show her doing weighted squats in a gym environment with her fit figure on display.

Stephanie mentioned in another subtitle that "strength training is a lifestyle" for her and encouraged others to "start today."

"If it's not a lifestyle, it won't last! Keep going girl!" a viewer commented.

Stephanie replied: "If you’ve done it before, it will come back in no time. Just commit to 30 minutes the first few times."

In another video, she not only once again wore the all-black style but also shared her go-to exercise tip.

She showed people a way to tone their arms and thighs when she picked up a dumbbell and slowly squatted up and down with it.

Many people were impressed by her athletic ability and made it known in the comments.

"You sincerely are my best role model! So glad you are here," one wrote.

"Absolutely gorgeous!" a fan praised, while another said that she was "very sexy."
