A MUM has shown off her hack for recreating Stacey Solomon's cheapo Ikea mirror, but her way is even easier and half the price.
Thrifty Stacey previously used black framed Ikea mirrors to create a trendy panel design, which retails for £110 at Maison du Monde.
While still cheap, her method prices in at £30 – and now Lauren Olphert has done it for just £16 by hitting the same store.
How exactly? Lauren used unframed square mirrors but still achieved the black border effect.
Cleverly, she PAINTED a section of her wall black, lined with yellow frog tape which she peeled off when dry.
Then, all she has to do is stick the Lots mirrors – which cost £7 for a pack of four – onto the wall.
