A CLEANING whizz has revealed it takes just one hour to get her entire home sparkling.

Scots mum Jen regularly shares cleaning hacks and home tips with her 995,000 followers on TikTok (@cleanwithjen).

While her family wait for their new build home to be completed, they are staying at a lodge in a caravan park.

And while Jen, from Fife,said living small has "pros and cons" – she revealed the time she saves in cleaning is a huge win.

In a recent video, she said: "It has been 198 days since we moved into our little lodge which is also the same as six months and 14 days.

"There are many pros and cons to living in a small space but the biggest pro so far is I can do a Sunday reset in an hour – all the rooms nice and clean and fresh for the next week.

"You might remember when I lived in a house that I used to have a checklist and I'd clean one room of my house every single day.

"When I lived in a bigger space I needed that time, I took like half an hour every single day and I would clean one room of the house.

"If I did that I'd be cleaning every day and the place would be like palatial clean and we just don't need that."

She added: "If you're wondering why I'm living in a lodge in a caravan park now, it's because we sold our old house so we could buy a new house and that new house well, it's taking it's little time to be ready.

"We were meant to move in December, and it looks like we're going to be moving this December.

"So a whole year of living in a little lodge.

"However, it is really good being able to clean your whole house in an hour and it's all done and ready for the next week.

"It’s not the best for storage but also means you can’t have so much which makes the cleaning a lot simpler.

"Living small has taught me that I don’t need half the stuff I think I do. I hope to continue this once we move

"The thought of going back to a house is terrifying."

Jen's clip has racked up more than 25,000 views with social media users impressed by her cleaning revelation.

One asked: "How did you clean one room in your house in 30 mins? Would take me about 3 hours to do one room."

A second wrote: "Cleaning the whole house in a hour sounds fab."

Meanwhile, a third added: "Maybe I need to move into a lodge cos cleaning the whole house in an hour sounds like a DREAM.

"But I have a toddler so probs would take me six hours."
