But if you're bored of looking at the sight of your dull and tired fence, then you're in luck…because a savvy homeowner has revealed how he gave his an instant glow up using a bargain buy from Primark.
And the best part of all?
It only cost £1.
Taking to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, Craig Upton shared a snap of the hanging metal flower pots he nabbed from the high-street store.
Back home, he simply filled them with soil, potted some plants before attaching them to his fence – and it's the perfect way to give his outdoor haven a pop of colour.

Alongside the image, the delighted shopper penned: "My bargain today.
"Should be £1.30 in Primark. Paid £1 each.

It wasn't long before the post racked up hundreds of likes and was flooded with comments, with other shoppers showing off how they've styled their cheap purchases.

"I do this with hanging baskets too.
