A WOMAN who flew to Turkey for a face lift has hit back at cruel trolls who told her that she "gets what she pays for" after her mouth area was left a "lumpy mess."

The woman, known only as Miss Hewitt, explained how she went to Istanbul in Turkey and had eight surgery procedures altogether – a face lift, neck lift, brow lift, lip lift, corner lip lift, fat injection, fractional laser and fat removal.

But, 15 weeks post op face lift, she's been left unimpressed with the results – especially her "lumpy bumpy" mouth area which she says is a "quitea mess."

In the clip posted to TikTok (@misshewitt72), she begins by sharing the things she's happy with, which includes the fat injection and fractional laser.

Speaking of the latter, she says: "I don't know if it actually did much because when I smile I still have lines there and I think they look the same."

Pointing underneath her eyes, she notes: "But I think the fat injection has filled out this area, so that's smoothed out under my eyes.

"They do look better than they did but I'm not sure it's from the fractional laser, I think it's more from the fat injection.

"The lip lift I'm happy with and corner lip lift I'm happy with, apart from all of this lumpiness going on around my mouth.

"I don't know what's causing it…at nearly four months I don't think this should look like this at all.

"So, I'm going to make an appointment with a surgeon in my own country in the UK and see where to go from here in regards to this mess around my mouth."

She goes on to say how her neck is better than it was because prior to the makeover she had a lot of excess skin and a bit of a turkey neck going on.

"My skin was really stretchy, loose and saggy – it's better than that but I have a lump there that's quite hard," she says.

"That isn't improving or hasn't improved since I got it done."

She notes: "It was quite tight to start with but now I have a bit of looseness there as you can see…I don't think that's really great."

Speaking of the tightness, she continues: "My face still feels really uncomfortable even at 15 weeks, really tight, all around here and up my jaw.

"It feels like I can feel a strap from ear going under to ear.

"I can feel that originally it was very tight, I felt like I was being choked.

"It has eased but I can still feel it a lot – especially when I put my neck down…"

Miss Hewitt adds that she definitely looks better than she did but points out that she has issues around her mouth which she "really really really" doesn't like because it "looks quite a mess."

She adds: "It's a lumpy bumpy mess around my mouth, but I will get it sorted and I won't rest until I get it sorted."

It wasn't long before the post went viral, racking up over 70k views and several comments from social media users – but not everyone was kind.

One cruel comment read: "Sadly, it's impossible to make a silk purse from a sow's ear."

A second asked: "Do you regret going to Turkey?"

Miss Hewitt replied: "Don’t regret turkey necessarily but maybe while have had it done by someone different."

A third commented: "Oh dear me. Pay cheap pay twice."

Miss Hewitt hit back: "Not always the case, but sometimes – and I wouldn’t consider it cheap!"

Another wrote: "Not trying to be horrible I'm not but I agree with what you're saying around your mouth – hope they sort it. Don't think they did the best job."

Elsewhere, others were far more complimentary and noted that the procedure had taken years off her.

"You look like your in your 30s now," one person penned.

Another agreed: "You look perfect once you get the bits smoothed you will look 25."

A further added: "You do look at least 20 years younger!"
