Crocs has tapped Journal Standard for an elevated take on its signature clogs. Coming in colorways of black and beige, the silhouette boasts premium leather over a sleek rubber foundation. This release follows a collaboration with Grateful Dead and Chinatown Market on tie-dyed Crocs, seen just two weeks ago.
Both colorways are entirely tonal for a minimal look and feel. A large panel of smooth calfskin leather covers the forefoot, just below the clogs’ lightly texturized collars. Stretching from the midsection to the toe is an intricate weave of thin leather strips. A glossy “crocs” logo is placed at the ends of the silhouette’s adjustable heel strap, also detailed with a leather weave, complemented by a small tassel that sits on the lateral sides. All of these features rest over a finely molded rubber footbed and a treaded sole for optimal comfort and support.
Journal Standard and Crocs’ leather clogs are currently available on ZOZOTOWN’s website for $82 USD.
