Woody Allen’s next film has announced its cast.
But the project — to start shooting in Spain in July — doesn’t have the director’s usual stable of top Hollywood stars.
The cast includes international names Elena Anaya, Louis Garrel and Christoph Waltz, as well as Americans Wallace Shawn and Gina Gershon.
The untitled project follows a married couple at the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
In the #MeToo era, Mira Sorvino and Ellen Page expressed regret for working with Allen, while Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Greta Gerwig and Evan Rachel Wood have said they would not collaborate with him again.
Allen is suing Amazon Studios for $68 million for pulling the plug on a multipicture deal with him.
