Vanessa Feltz has been spotted looking gorgeous as she put on a stylish display in a blue dress.

The 58 year old, who recently turned heads with her impressive weight loss, was photographed doing a bit of shopping in St John's Wood, London, as she carried an assortment of bags.

The BBC 2 Radio host showed off her trim figure in a stunning light blue dress with yellow and pink-themed flowers printed all over it, giving the ensemble a summery feel.

Vanessa teamed the look with a pair of cream wedge sandals and an off-white denim jacket on top, ensuring she kept warm amid the unpredictable English weather.

The TV personality's blonde mane was styled straight down and cascaded over her shoulders as she walked down the street.

Vanessa, who recently revealed she had been arguing with her fiancé Ben more than ever while in lockdown, kept the accessories to a minimum as she simply sported a pair of green dangling earrings and carried a black and white checked mask in her hand.

Rocking her signature make up look, the star donned some heavy black eyeliner alongside a nude lipstick.

Vanessa's new look comes after she had her gastric band removed in 2018 after experiencing complications.

She had the band fitted in 2010, but it slipped and became entangled around her liver.

The Celebrity Big Brother legend explained how she woke up to feel like she was drowning after her eyes, mouth, throat, ears and eyes were filled up with liquid.

When she had the gastric band removed, surgeons instead gave her a gastric bypass, where surgical staples are used to create a small pouch at the top of the stomach.

The pouch is then connected to the small intestine, missing out the rest of the stomach, meaning it takes less food to make the individual feel full and absorb fewer calories from the food they eat.

She has previously told The Sun about the surgery: "After my track record I was so poor at keeping the weight off, I could lose it but never ever keep it off, they call me the country's 'worst yo yo dieter'.

"So thank goodness I had it taken out and the gastric bypass at the same time and it really does work because you're less hungry.

"I'm able to have five Liquorice Allsorts instead of the whole packet which I would have definitely polished off."
