Tyler Cameron wants to make it clear he’s taking the coronavirus pandemic very seriously — despite photographic evidence suggesting otherwise!

The Bachelor Nation heartthrob took to Twitter on Thursday to set the record straight about a TMZ article that published photos of him working out with a “mystery blonde” outside his Jupiter, Florida home amid the COVID-19 crisis.

He began:

“I’d like to address this tmz article that has people upset about social distancing. I am just like y’all and am taking this serious. There are loved ones that I miss because I can’t see them just like y’all, and even worse people still getting sick.”

The Bachelorette alum insisted that he’s taking social distancing measures “very seriously,” but noted it’s “not the easiest of tasks” to “keep a bunch of grown folk to comply with all the rules.”

As for the article, Cameron said he was merely chatting it up — at a safe distance, of course — with some neighbors; one of whom “goes to school and plays sports with” his brother, Ryan, who is a freshman at Florida Atlantic University.

He continued:

“I challenged them to some sprints … After our workout and we talked for a bit … from a distance. But you guys seem to like to jump to conclusions about everything without any real context so I thought I’d give y’all the context.”

Well, there you have it!

The model ended his message on a positive note, writing:

“Now going to clean my house for all the Facebook moms. Have a good day.”

As fans know, Ty has been getting lots of press for his pandemic workouts with Hannah Brown, who left his #QuarantineCrew in Florida earlier this month to self-isolate in her native Alabama.

While Hannah B. may have physically left the squad, Tyler’s bestie Matt James told Us Weekly that she’ll always be a member, sharing:

“Hannah is with us always in spirit. We’re not missing Hannah because she’s here with us, always. She is always going to be part of the quarantine crew. We communicate via TikTok, another dance battle. So the relationship’s only blossomed since we squashed the beef.”

Meanwhile, the former pageant queen made it clear she is very much single, telling her followers on April 15 via Instagram Live:

“If you would have asked me a few years ago, I would have like, ‘Oh, for sure by 25, I’m married.’ And possibly thinking about kids trying to get pregnant right now probably. A lot of my friends have babies and they are the best moms, but I couldn’t imagine it. I’m not ready for that just yet. I mean, I could be — if something happened, I could be. But I’m still trying to figure out my life.”

We hope everyone in Tyler’s Quarantine Crew continues to stay safe!
