Yazmin Oukhellou has shared how she went off to Santorini for a solo holiday in an attempt to "find herself again".

The Only Way Is Essex star, who recently swore off surgery after she could've died during her Brazilian bum lift, opened up to OK! about her trip in an exclusive interview about her ISAWITFIRST fashion collection.

The star explained that when she turned 27 in May, she was faced with the reality of realising she wasn't sure of who she really was and what she wanted out of life.

"I've never really done it [a solo trip] before and I think it's really important to do it yourself and love yourself," she told OK!

Yazmin continued: "I think I'm getting to the age now where I'm a bit like…

"I don't really know if everyone gets to 27 and I feel like, you know, I don't really know what I really, truly wanted out of life or where I'm headed and I just wanted to find myself again and ground myself again and that's why I wanted to do it."

The TV personality added that she was also on a stop off in the stunning sunny destination to get home to the UK to see her friends and family as she's been in Dubai throughout the pandemic.

While she's set up a brand new life for herself in the UAE, trying to get her real estate licence and making new friends, Yazmin hasn't closed the door on making a comeback to TOWIE in the future.

The brunette beauty, who recently left fans convinced she was dating Jake McLean, explained: "Never say never, you know.

"I love the fact that they've always left the door open for me. They've been really great with me and supported me for most of my life, enabled me to be to be where I am today."

She added: "I'll always be forever grateful to TOWIE."

It comes after Yazmin recently declared she's "happy and single" as she took to her Instagram stories to say: "So I am here in Santorini for the next 11 nights so I can come home but it's so beautiful here but it is very coupley and I am on my own.

"It's nice because I feel like I haven't been on my own for a long time and I need to get to know myself and love myself a little but when you are going for dinner on your own, with a steak and a bottle of red wine, and people keep looking over to see if my date is going to turn up.

She continued: "I used to be really embarrassed to eat on my own but now I am going for the full works – getting my starter, my steak, my dessert, bottle of wine.

"I feel like everyone should do this. I feel like it is a really, really good Eat Pray Love experience for anyone that is in a similar situation that has maybe lost themselves a little bit and want to find themselves again. I really recommend holidaying on your own.

"But yeah it is day one I might crash tomorrow a little bit and be like, 'oh my god I can't cope anymore', but I will keep you all posted."
