Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan reveals she and husband James are having the ‘best sex of their lives’ after shedding a combined 6.5 stone: ‘I’m a very lucky girl’
Ola Jordan has revealed she and husband James are having the ‘best sex of their lives’ following their recent weight loss.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 40, and her other half, 45, shed a combined 6.5 stone after overhauling their lives earlier this year.
Ola, who will soon celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary with James, told The Sun: ‘If I wear something sexier in the bedroom, it naturally gives you confidence’.
‘You’re also happier within yourself so things improve around you, whether it be in the bedroom or your relationship’.
Before admitting: ‘And James is fit. He always was fit. I’m a very lucky girl’.

Earlier his month Ola showed off her toned midriff as she relaxed poolside in a throwback photo from her recent family holiday to Turkey.
Orla, who shed a whopping 3.5st, certainly seemed proud of her hard work as she flaunted her figure in the skimpy red bikini.
Sharing the photo to Instagram, she wrote: ‘Body made by Dance Shred. I miss the sunshine!!!’
Meanwhile, James also took the opportunity to show off his transformation as he shared a shirtless photo to his page.
‘Body made by Dance Shred! (Ola’s photo worked, how is mine?!),’ he joked in the caption.
Recently Ola admitted that she still feels ‘self-conscious’ in a bikini despite dropping from a size 14 to an 8 in just four months.
The professional dancer told MailOnline she has accepted that her body ‘is never going to be the same as it was on Strictly’ after her breasts and tummy changed following the birth of her three-year-old daughter Ella.
Ola and husband James lost a combined weight of 6.5 stone last year after they confessed to piling on the pounds in the pandemic and struggling with the motivation to dance.

With the help of their fitness website Dance Shred, they overhauled their lives and Ola said she felt like she had ‘lost a whole person’ after slimming down.
But the former Strictly professional, who starred on the show from 2006 until 2015, admits that while the bikinis she wears are smaller in size, she still suffers with her body confidence.
She said: ‘Even though I have lost all my weight I still feel self-conscious in a bikini.
‘Even though it’s a smaller size bikini and I do feel good I’m not bursting with confidence. I’m not a confident person generally so I’m still aware.’
She continued: ‘My body is never going to be the same as it was on Strictly because my stomach looks different, my boobs like different, things change.

‘It isn’t about looking perfect but feeling healthier and fitter. I’m still a size 8, I’m there… but I find summer difficult because of BBQs and Pimm’s, Prosecco, I find it harder than Christmas let’s say but when I’m at home I do cook healthier.’
The mother-of-one, who poses alongside James wearing a floral bikini on the beach, says the temptation to show off her trim figure often means she ends up socialising, which can be counterproductive for her diet.
She said: ‘Seeing my new body, I want to go out and dress out more but that means eating in restaurants and enjoying alcohol here and there.
‘But I want to enjoy say an ice cream with my daughter. I don’t want to be the mummy not having ice cream, I want to have it with her.
‘I want to show her that I still eat and enjoy myself. It’s about finding the right balance.’
