Adam Thomas admits Strictly Come Dancing is helping his arthritis
Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas appeared downcast a day after landing himself in the dance-off with partner Luba Mushtuk.
Despite surviving the dreaded bottom-two, the 35-year-old didn’t look his usual upbeat self as he posted a selfie on his Instagram stories.
The dad-of-two shared a mirror selfie for his million followers to see, but looked a far cry from his happy and jovial self.
“No dancing today,” he wrote, along with a disappointed face emoji.
The Waterloo Road star was in the bottom two on Sunday night’s results show, but managed to get through to next week.

However, Adam’s future on the show was also thrown in doubt last week when he pulled out of It Takes Two on Friday night.
The BBC confirmed he would be performing on Saturday night after his no-show on the spin-off series.
After being introduced to the BBC show, Adam’s dance partner Luba Mushtuk explained his absence to hosts Janette Manrara and Fleur East.
She explained: “He is resting now, he didn’t feel very well but he is resting and getting ready for tomorrow night, everything will be fine.”
Fleur let out a sigh of relief and said: “Ok, good, take all the rest you need Adam, we love you.”
On Friday, a Strictly spokesperson said: “We are hopeful Adam will be better and able to perform this weekend.
“There are contingencies in place should he not be able to. The health and wellbeing of the Strictly cast and crew is production’s absolute priority.”
