Former Strictly Come Dancing star HRVY has shared his heartbreak after his beloved grandfather passed away.
HRVY, real name Harvey Leigh Cantwell, 24, announced his granddad's death as he posted some images of his order-of-service for his funeral.
First, Harvey, a former CBBC star shared a picture of the front of the paper, which showed a smiling picture of his late grandfather, Leslie, with his date of birth and death.
Leslie was born on 20th July 1936 and died last month on 14th March, making him 86 years old.
Over the top, Harvey wrote: "Love you grandad see you soon."
The next Instagram story photo showed a Winnie the Pooh illustration showing the popular character with Piglet, as the words underneath displayed a quote from the book's author A. A. Milne.
It read: "How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye this hard."
Harvey added his own words underneath, that read: "Oh the back," with a crying emoji.
HRVY was a presenter on Friday Download on CBBC from 2014 to 2015, and competed on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020.
On Strictly, HRVY was partnered with Jeanette Manrara, who is now expecting her first child, and the pair achieved great success on the show, coming in in second place.
They narrowly missed out on lifting the Glitterball trophy, as they were beaten to first place by Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse.
HRVY was rumoured to be dating fellow contestant Maisie Smith – who is now in a relationship with The Wanted's Max George – whilst they were both competing on the show in 2020, but he later admitted they were just playing up to the rumours.
"I feel like you kind of play into it a little bit yourself, you can choose if you want to play into it or not," he told the Daily Star.
When asked if he purposely stirred the pot when it came to the rumours, he added: "A little bit, yeah, I didn't play into it but the whole thing with me and Maisie, we became really good friends on the show and apparently I was dating her.
"I saw the other day about 'HRVY and Maisie split in December', I was like 'I don't think we were ever together', we were never together, we were just mates. It was almost funny to watch it happen, I suppose."
Harvey is now dating former Emmerdale star Mimi Slinger, who played Leanna Cavangah on the soap, and the pair often post loved-up snaps on social media.
Harvey has a massive following on social media, boasting four million followers on Instagram alone, whilst on TikTok, he has 4.4million.
