Rochelle Humes has bared all for a naked covershoot with Women's Health magazine.
The telly star revealed she'd stripped off to inspire others to feel comfortable in their own skin and asked editors not to retouch the snaps.
It's been quite the journey for Rochelle, 30, who had been asked her to take part in The Naked Issue with other celebs five years ago, but turned the magazine down because she was too body-shy.
But after finally learning to love her 'bumps' the TV presenter said she was more than happy to bare all in a series of nude snaps.
Sharing a preview of the shoot on Instagram , Rochelle wrote: "I used to have nightmares about leaving the house with no clothes on. Well a lot can happen in 5 years and life comes at you pretty fast. I'm a mother of two little women now, I'm 30 years old and it finally happened, I accepted myself, and my body, my hair, my scars, and my bumps and my bits on one side that doesn't look the same as the other and I bit the bullet. "
The former Saturdays singer said she'd made the decision to strip off in support of the #ProjectBodyLove body-positivity campaign.
She explained: "This is a love letter to my younger self, my older self, my two girls who are going to battle with their idea of perfect, my mum, my sisters, my aunties and every woman who looks in the mirror and doesn't love what they see.
"This ones for you, be a bit kinder on yourself, don't compare your self to others, your body is your story and I'm damn sure you should be proud of it."
She then finished: " Thank you Womens Health for asking me again, not taking no for an answer and not retouching me ♥️. "
Her followers – including many of her showbiz pals – rushed to flood Rochelle with compliments.
Husband Marvin Humes wrote: "Inspirational Rochy..love you and so proud baby ❤️"
Singer Jessi J wrote: "Obsessed," while Big Brother presenter Emma Willis responded with a series of applauding emojis.
Vicky Pattison told her: "You look amazing and you are an inspiration."
