Chloe Madeley spends time with daughter Bodhi
Chloe Madeley, the daughter of TV faves Richard and Judy, shared snaps of her athletic physique just months after giving birth to baby daughter Bodhi.
The proud mum-of-one compared a heavily pregnant image of herself at the eight month mark to a second one taken eight months post-partum.
In the first shot, she appeared to go commando on a balcony overlooking a picturesque countryside view, just weeks before her due date.
In the second, the fitness influencer showcased her slender figure a she stretched in her living room.
As the 36-year-old revealed to her Instagram followers, however, the transformation was far from easy.

“Took me months but you have to keep trying and eventually the solution shoe will fit and you’ll get there,” she explained.
“You can’t do it on your own though, you need help.”
Chloe, who is married to rugby ace James Haskell, shared her transformation tips with others hoping to rejuvenate their body shapes after becoming mothers.
“Progressive overload is the key, can be via weights, sets or reps,” she instructed.

The star is so passionate about fitness that it’s a career path for her too, and she invites followers of her website to join a six-month progressive weight lifting itinerary and follow a designated meal plan.
She’s even shared her favourite supplements to keep health in tip-top condition, including Omega 3, which is found in oily fish and is often said to protect bone density.
Meanwhile, it seems as though her boisterous baby daughter Bodhi is equally interested in being energetic.
Earlier this year, Chloe revealed she was nervous about leaving her famous parents alone with Bodhi in case she exhausted them.
“Bodhi’s a very active child. She wants to get up, she wants to move. If you try to confine her, she’s not a happy girl,” she divulged to OK! magazine.
“At this stage. I’m a bit nervous to leave her alone with Mum and Dad for longer than a couple of hours. I just think she’ll run them ragged.”
She added that the situation will likely be different when she “transitions into being a toddler”.
