Peter Crouch, 38, announced his retirement from football last month after 21 years as a professional.
But the sportsman has been inundated with offers since quitting and revealed Liam Gallagher, 46, even asked if he wanted a job with him.
Peter said the former Oasis lead singer said he could play the bass during his big concerts.
It came after the father-of-four explained he would like to get into promoting music.

“Music is a passion of mine,” Peter said in an interview with Radio Times. “I’d like to get into promoting new bands.”
He divulged: “Liam Gallagher offered me a job as a musician the other day.
“He was like, ‘When we do a big gig, just learn the bass to one tune and you can come up and play with us’.”
However, Peter wasn’t too convinced by the idea as he said he is not talented in that area.
He added: “I said, ‘I’d love to do that, but I don’t have any musical talent’.”
Post-retirement, Peter admitted he’s “scared” as he explained everything was done for him when he was a footballer.
“When you’re a footballer, you get told where to be, what to do, someone even takes your passport,” he said.
“But when it stops, you can’t replicate the buzz, the adrenaline of a game, in anything else you do.”
Peter certainly has a lot to take his mind off not playing football as he will be featuring in a new show.
The former striker will be co-hosting weekly Amazon Prime programme, Back of the Net, alongside Gabby Logan and John Bishop, which will be released every Tuesday.
Peter also has his hands full at him as him and wife, Abbey Clancy, welcomed their fourth child, Jack, back in June.

The couple are currently on holiday with their brood, with Abbey sharing a family shot to her 488,000 Instagram followers this week.
The family of six could be seen sitting around a table, but not everyone appeared camera ready.
Abbey captioned the black-and-white image: “Trying to get a nice family pic #impossible.”
“Beautiful family,” one fan commented on her holiday picture.
Another said: “Well you’re kind of all in it at least!!!”
The latest issue of Radio Times is out now.
