Paris Hilton stands up for her baby son Phoenix again after trolls mocked the size of his head: ‘Targeting my child is unacceptable’
Paris Hilton isn’t done calling out online trolls for cruelly mocking her nine-month-old son.
The 42-year-old reality star, DJ and heiress returned to social media on Tuesday to share a statement on X (formerly Twitter) defending her son Phoenix and warning that ‘targeting’ him was ‘unacceptable.’
Her latest sentiments come after she slammed trolls for their ‘sick’ comments about Phoenix’s head size.
In the text post, Hilton also defended herself for sharing photos of her son, who was born via surrogate, as she said people would assume she was ‘not a great mother’ if she didn’t share images of him occasionally.
‘Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable,’ Paris began her note.
Fighting back: Paris Hilton, 42, returned to social media to share a statement again defending her son after trolls mocked the size of his head
Back off! She said it was ‘unacceptable’ to make cruel comments about her child — or anyone else’s — and she also defended herself for posting about him in the first place
‘This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe,’ she continued, adding a broken-hearted emoji.
She added that she had tried to foster ‘love, respect, and acceptance’ in the hope that they would be reciprocated.
Hilton also explained that she was in a catch-22 when it came to what she shared — or didn’t share — about her baby son’s life.
‘If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful,’ she continued with a tearful emoji.
She described herself as a ‘proud working mom’ and called little Phoenix ‘perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.’
‘I’ve dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember,’ she gushed, adding that ‘Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life.
‘Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence,’ Hilton wrote.
She concluded with her hopes that ‘people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.’
Catch-22: She said she needed to post about him so that people wouldn’t assume she was a bad mother, but she also didn’t want him to receive mean comments
Mom and son: Hilton previously hit back at trolls on Monday after sharing photos of Phoenix’s first trip to NYC on Friday
On Friday, Hilton initially was swept up in the shocking vitriol after posting photos of her son’s first trip to New York City, when the comment section was swiftly flooded with cruel remarks.
Fans also took to TikTok to condemn the rude remarks with Hilton responding to a follower who defended her and saying her son is healthy.
She wrote: ‘There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy.
‘And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.’
Hilton shares her son with husband Carter Reum, 42.
The images posted by Hilton last week saw her proudly pose with her son on her lap clad in head-to-toe Burberry fashion with a plaid top, slacks and little shoes.
This comes after Hilton reacted to Britney Spears‘ tell-all memoir, which is due out this month.
The blonde told Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi she is looking forward to the Toxic singer’s highly anticipated tome which has already been leaked here and there.
And Hilton pointed out a surprising parallel in their two books; Paris shared her memoir earlier this year.
In Britney’s The Woman In Me she drops the bombshell that she had an abortion while she was dating Justin Timberlake.

Paris also revealed in her memoir that she had an abortion at 22.
Paris commented, ‘For me, it was extremely healing.
‘It’s very difficult to have to relive and remember things that you don’t want to remember, but talking about it, I think, is really important, just letting it go.
‘And also there’s so many people in the world who’ve been through similar situations so it will make them feel less alone.’
Hilton has seen Spears ‘recently.’ Paris did not say where or when the meet up happened but said the Crossroads actress is just fine.
Hilton then talked about her own hectic world.
Paris added that a typical day in her life as ‘nonstop,’ she added, ‘I don’t think anyone has the same 24 hours in a day that I do.’
As for motherhood, Paris noted that being called a mom is her ‘favorite title of all of them.’
She emphasized, ‘Moms are superheroes. I love being a mom so much.’
Paris and husband Carter Reum went through an IVF journey that led to the birth of their son Phoenix, who was born via surrogate earlier this year.
Hilton gushed about her little man, ‘Phoenix is such an angel. He just turned 9 months old yesterday.
‘He’s getting so tall. He’s about to crawl soon, so it’s just so much fun seeing all these milestones.’

Paris also made sure to show some love for Carter as they are approaching their second wedding anniversary. She said, ‘Carter is so romantic. He’s always coming up with the most amazing surprises.’
Hilton delivered surprises — and bombshell revelations — in her eye-opening, tell-all memoir. Now, she is bringing that story to the small screen in an upcoming series.
Paris didn’t reveal who is playing her, saying, ‘That’s a surprise… I am so excited. I love the girl so much.’
She went on, ‘I’m just really proud of my memoir and that it touched so many people. And now to see it being turned into a TV series is pretty iconic.’
