Pamela Anderson has publicly dumped boyfriend Adil Rami, and she’s accusing the French soccer player of cheating and saying she is fearful of him.
Anderson, 51, called Rami, 33, a “monster” and a “narcissist” in a lengthy Instagram post Tuesday morning alongside a black and white photo of the couple smiling together.
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Anderson and Rami for comment.
“It’s hard to accept the last (more than) 2 years of my life have been a big lie,” she wrote. “Led to believe we were in big love? I’m devastated to find out in the last few days that he was living a double life.”
Anderson, a supporter of the National Domestic Violence Hotline, tagged the organization’s Instagram account before arguing Rami “should not be the face of protecting women from domestic violence, or protecting women at all.”
“How could I have helped so many people and not be wise enough or able to help myself,” she continued. “I feel used. Betrayed and hurt. But I should have known better. The jealousy. The physical and emotional torture. It was all a mirror of his own actions.”

The “Baywatch” alum said her boyfriend didn’t trust her and would constantly ask where she was and who she was with. Since learning of the alleged affair, Anderson said Rami has tried to contact her several times and showed up to her hotel. She wrote she turned him away and hired a body guard “because he scares me.”
“I will run for my life – I have always fought for truth and justice. This is my worst nightmare,” she wrote. “I’m happy to know the truth, but it hurts like hell. …I don’t think I’ll recover easily from this.”
