Marnie Simpson has said she's hired a nanny for her baby son Rox as it's "so difficult" when there's two full-time working parents who can't get a full night's sleep.
The 27 year old took to her Instagram stories to speak to her 3.6million followers as she explained she's having a positive day because she and her boyfriend, Casey Johnson, have found the "perfect" nanny for their little baby boy Rox.
Sitting comfortably next to Casey, who she's been with since 2017, Marnie told her fans: "I can't even explain to you how long we've been looking. We've interviewed so many nannies and we've finally found the perfect one and she's so lovely.
"She's so knowledgeable, she knows everything about babies. So yeah, she's just going to help us out with everything really. So I'm just so so pleased."

Giggling, Marnie, who recently shared an adorable video of her son taking a bath , added: "And Casey's probably going to get some sleep now."
The former Geordie Shore star went on to explain why she and her beau decided to take the leap and get help as she said: "Me and Casey are just so busy with work.
"One thing that is hard with the nights is that when two people are working full-time it's actually so difficult when you haven't had any sleep. But we've sorted it."
Marnie said that when she first had her son Rox, whose name Marnie explained means 'something that is ultra cool', she thought she could juggle her personal life and work life without any problems, but later admitted to herself that she was struggling.
She continued: "At first I was really like 'aw, I can do it, I can do it.' And I didn't want to get a nanny but then my work was falling behind and that's what I need to do to support Rox."
Speaking directly to her followers, Marnie then said: "So it's like you don't ever ever beat yourself up for getting help.
"I feel like girls shouldn't beat themselves up because I was getting myself really upset, because I wasn't able to keep up with stuff. Us women do our best, we're like machines.
"Don't ever ever feel like less of a mother or less of a man for getting help, because sometimes you just need to. We're not superwomen, remember that."
Before signing off, the mum-of-one added that she's found it extra difficult to juggle everything because of her chronic bladder condition that she needs to take pills for "for the rest of my life."
She explained: "Obviously as well, with a chronic bladder condition it's really difficult with a newborn. So this is just something that me and Casey have had to do. It's the best for us, it's the best for Rox."

It comes as Marnie recently revealed she wants to use a surrogate for her next child after her traumatic birth experience.
She told new! magazine: “If we do have more, I’d have a surrogate. I don’t know anything about it so I’d have to do a bit of research. It’s a route that I never thought I’d have to go down.”
Casey, 24, added: “I’m completely fine with it. It’s her body, not mine. She doesn’t care about her body changing, it’s because of her bladder condition.”
