Made In Chelsea star Tiffany Watson has revealed she struggled to keep her pregnancy secret because she was receiving an onslaught of angry messages from her followers who were convinced they already knew.
The 29 year old, who has already experienced mum shaming from trolls in the days after her announcement, was conducting a catch-up Q&A on her Instagram stories, as one fan asked: "Think you are amazing btw! Did you find it easy hiding your pregnancy?"
After thanking them, the former reality TV star admitted how tough the journey had been, as she replied: "No! Everyone was messaging me on here saying it, even had some people sending me angry messages for not announcing!
"Close friends and family I had told had people questioning them all the time about it. I found it really hard but also knew I wasn't ready to share," the star went on.
Tiffany, who is expecting her first baby with her footballer husband Cameron McGeehan, 27, explained she was also affected by the constant questions because she'd experienced pregnancy loss previously last year.
"I also think it's a totally inappropriate question to ask someone when you don't know their journey," she said.
"When someone's ready to share they will. And questioning friends and family just puts them in an uncomfortable situation," the star added.
Last month Tiffany opened up further on why she'd struggled to go public with her happy baby news, as she admitted: "I was so scared to go public with our news."
The mum-to-be then shared an image of a rainbow as she recognised her own followers who might be trying for a baby.
"Thank you so much to those that have shared their story with me about their pregnancy after loss anxiety too," Tiffany said.
"It really is hard. For those going through miscarriage or any form of miscarriage related anxiety I am sending so much love and I know exactly how you feel."
Tiffany and Cameron opted to announce they were expecting a baby with a series of adorable snaps with their pet golden retriever dog.
Posing in matching beige outfits for a photo shoot, the couple looked overwhelmed with love as they unveiled Tiff's blossoming baby bump.
Cameron wrapped his arms around his wife and smiled, as the duo couldn't be happier to finally get their rainbow baby.
"Baby McGeehan on the way," Made in Chelsea star Tiffany began. "Pregnancy after miscarriage can come with a lot of anxiety and I’ve been having to take it one day at a time but very grateful for where we are on our journey."
Reacting to the happy news, Tiffany's former co-stars shared their love and well-wishes, with Zara McDermott commenting: "Congrats babe!!!! This is amazing news."
Binky Felstead, who is pregnant with her third child, added: "Congratulations gorgey! Amazing news."
