Dumped Love Island star Sharon Gaffka has claimed that there was "more" to her argument with Hugo Hammond after she confronted him for saying he wasn't attracted to "fake" girls during a challenge in the villa.
Sharon, 25, called out Hugo, 24, for his "ignorant" remark at the time and now she has suggested that viewers don't get to "see everything that happens" on the ITV2 dating show.
Speaking with Will Njobvu on Capital XTRA, the former contestant discussed the row and claimed that Hugo had made comments before she confronted him.
Sharon said: "For me, it was more than the comments made in the game, that really threw me off the edge a bit with those comments.

"You know, obviously the show is very short and you don't get to see everything that happens and there's more to that, when I brought it up to him."
While we never got to see the other comments made, Sharon spoke about the specific instance and claimed that he had made a remark about Faye Winter prior to the game.
She continued: "I think it was just, it was very much a generalisation, and he'd made, see when Faye was upset as well, he'd made a comment to me about Faye previous to that game, which is why I was like: 'Ah, I've had enough of this'.
"And for me it's not his preference that's the problem, it's the negative connotations that he used.
"So, for me I have no issues with his preference, everyone has a preference in everything, that's completely okay, I basically just wanted to say to him, 'be a bit careful with the language that you use.'"
Sharon went on to say that she wished she had been able to have a conversation with Hugo about the cosmetic surgery she has received and explain why she had it done.
She said: "I basically wanted to say to him, obviously we've had a very open friendship and we've spoken about a lot of things but for me, that was one thing he never brought up to me, never asked me about.

"Whereas I'm quite an open person, if you ask me about it, I would be honest about my cosmetic procedures and why I've had them done, so for me I was like, I wanted them to feel confident about myself, and you shouldn't make someone feel bad about wanting to do that essentially."
