Love Island star Malin Andersson oozed confidence as she enjoyed a beach day while on holiday in Mallorca.

The mum-of-one is currently sunning it up on the Balearic Island and was seen wearing an electric blue bikini as she hit the beach and enjoyed the Winter sun.

Malin was all smiles as she walked along the sand while holding a pair of sunglasses.

She looked healthy and happy and she enjoyed Mallorca’s warmer climes.

Malin, 30, has been embarking on a fitness overhaul in recent months and has been debuting her slimmer physique on social media – most recently in another stunning beach-side bikini snap.

Labelling herself as “Healthy. Happy. Strong”, Malin urged her followers to never feel like they have to explain themselves to anyone.

Her comment comes after the reality TV star, who is known for promoting body positivity, has received backlash because of her weight loss – sparking Malin to hit back.

Sharing a stunning photograph of her in a blue two piece lingerie set, she wrote to her followers in January: “So I wanted to be honest and open with you all about my journey with fitness and more primarily the response it’s had.

“Whilst I’ve had so many amazing messages and support and encouragement on my fitness and mental well-being journey.. I’ve also had followers unfollow me and slate me for ‘losing weight’. Let me note losing weight came with me opting for healthier lifestyle choices over a year long.

“Now I’ve always been an advocate for body positivity and that means embracing every part of you. Whatever size. But what I don’t like seeing is people judging me for embarking on my fitness and health.. and saying I’ve lost weight and they don’t like it.”

Malin went on to credit exercise and “eating lots of nourishing food” for her weight loss, as she also noted the benefits it has had on her headspace.

Not only has Malin embarked on a fitness overhaul for herself, but she's making sure her young daughter Xaya, one, is brought up with a healthy attitude to staying active and eating well too.

Admitting to feeling depressed after giving birth, the proud mum said she’s now got so much more energy to play with the tot in light of her weight loss.

While Malin has made reference to her weight loss on Instagram, the reality TV star insisted that she “will never shove any fitness or diet plan in any of your faces” – something with the likes of Marnie Simpson have been criticised for in the past.
