Love Island star Lana Jenkins has broken her silence after rumours of a 'split' from her villa boyfriend, Ron Hall.

Taking to Instagram, showcasing her toned figure in a patterned blue dress, the 25 year old reality TV star, who came second place in the winter version of Love Island, was pictured sat on a sprawling sofa by a pool.

Since leaving the South African villa, the couple's relationship has been firmly under the spotlight and it was only a couple of days ago that reports surfaced claiming the couple had split up.

But Lana appeared to ignore the rumours by captioning her sultry post saying: "Rooftop vibes with @boohoo," alongside a blue love heart emoji.

It was only a week ago that the pair were pictured on Ron's social media enjoying time in Spain together.

Now fans of the duo have been keen to get to the bottom of the status of their relationship.

One wrote: "Lana l hope u and Ron are on a break. You're so perfect together use can make it work."

Another added: "Is it true that u and Ron split as the ok and the mirror said you have?"

And a third commented: "Ron has announced they've decided to split up because of distance and work commitments."

Back in May at the Pride of Manchester Awards, Ron and Lana admitted that while they have been inseparable since leaving the villa, they were keen to take things very slowly – as they had independent dreams of buying their own homes and not rushing into living together.

At the time, Lana explained: "We’ve only had about four or five days apart [since we left Love Island] but I think we’re just taking it slow."

She added: "We each want to buy a house by ourselves first and then we can share houses."

And backing up Lana's point, Ron added: "I think we’ll do it like a normal couple."

He went on to say: "We’ll each have our own space and our own bases and then move in together when it’s that natural development."

A source told the Daily Mail that work challenges and dealing with a long distance relationship proved to be too much of a strain on their relationship.

The insider told the publication: "Lana and Ron really put everything into their romance and have tried to make things work for some time now. Unfortunately, they have decided to separate, which is a decision they have made amicably and of course, they still remain good friends.
