Lala Kent may be a California resident now, but she’s still excited to see some “Real Housewives” from her home state.
“I’m from Salt Lake City so this was like Christmas for me!” Kent told Page Six on Saturday at BravoCon after hearing that Andy Cohen announced the new “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” franchise.
“And I asked [Cohen], I was like, ‘What do you think about it?’ And he was like, ‘It’s going to be so good.’ And I’m not even shocked by that because people that were raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, are crazy. So it’s gonna make the best TV ever. Out of all these cities and they picked my hometown. I’m like, I told them, ‘Ladies, put on for my city. Please!’”
Kent, 29, “hasn’t seen the full cast” yet, but isn’t worried about making friends with them.
“Best believe when I find out, I will be sliding into all of their DMs!” she told us.
Unfortunately, fans won’t see any crossover between her on “Vanderpump Rules” and her mom, Lisa Burningham, in Utah.
“She runs away when cameras come to film ‘Vanderpump!’” she laughed. “I can’t get her out of the bedroom. I’m like, ‘You don’t wanna film anything?’ She’s like, ‘No! All I want to do is save dogs at the animal shelter.’ I’m like, ‘Alright girl. Do you boo.’”
