Kim Kardashian fans have been left scratching their heads over a set of her snaps just hours after she was accused of Photoshopping her shoot with sister Kylie Jenner .

Mum-of-four Kim had taken to social media to share a string of snaps of her children North, six, Saint, three, and rarely seen Psalm, three months.

Kim, 38, urged fans to swipe through the collection to see the scowling faces of her eldest children North and Saint.

But eagle-eyed fans of the also clocked something very unusual about North's feet.

"Random af but why the kid only got 4 toes?" asked one of Kim's perplexed followers.

"It looks like North only got 4 toes in the last picture," pointed out another.

To which a third replied: "Glad I wasn’t the only one who saw that."

Another joked: "Kim needed a 6th toe so she took North's."

The comment was in response to Kim falling victim to another suspected Photoshop fail this week.

As Kim announced the launch of a perfume collaboration with youngest sister Kylie, fans were quick to point out something odd about the promotional snaps.

In a post on Instagram to Kim's 146 million followers, it appears that the reality stars have each 'acquired' a sixth toe in the promotional shot.

With Kim and Kylie putting their best foot forward in the pic, she captioned the post: "Kylie’s favorite is the nude bottle, I think mine is the pink! She’s been wearing my perfumes forever so this collab is extra special because I know how much she loves the process.

"Finding her perfect scent was impossible so we narrowed it down to her three favorites! Kkwfragrance.com Aug 23rd."
