Fans are pointing out the eerily prophetic lyrics of Juice Wrld‘s 2018 song, “Legends,” featured on his 2018 Too Soon EP released in remembrance of the late Lil Peep and XXXTentacion.
The Death Race for Love musician tragically died of a seizure just days after his 21st birthday.
In the song, he says: “What’s the 27 Club? We ain’t making it past 21. I been going through paranoia, so I always gotta keep a gun. Damn, that’s the world we live in now. Yeah, hold on, just hear me out. They tell me I’mma be a legend. I don’t want that title now ’cause all the legends seem to die out.”
Fans who are mourning Juice Wrld‘s death on social media were quick to point out these lyrics while remembering the late entertainer. You can listen to “Legends” inside.
Our thoughts are with Juice Wrld‘s loved ones at this difficult time.
