Showing off the garden before panning to her swollen face and weeping eyes, Natalie shared her irritation at the high pollen levels.
“Just such a fantastic evening in the garden, having a nice BBQ. I don’t know what to say anymore,” she said.
Natalie captioned the video sarcastically: “I love summer. Not allergic to anything at all.”
The Met Office is currently recording “very high” pollen forecasts in most of England.
The soap star had told her followers at the weekend she was at “breaking point”.
She said in a video: “I wanted to see if everyone is enjoying the weather, because I’m not.
“I can’t breathe. I can’t see hardly, and this hay fever is off the wall this year.(sic)
“It’s not an enjoyable experience, and I’d like to pour Optrex into my eyes all day and get into a freshly-washed bed, which has been in the tumble dryer, unfortunately, not on a line, which you should want.
“I want to go to sleep and wake up in October.”
The star said she was going to try and play in the pool with her children but felt exasperated with her hay fever symptoms.
She added: “I’m going to try and go outside and enjoy the paddling pool with my children, but I’m at breaking point.”
Natalie held up a glass of wine and joked: “And apparently this doesn’t help hay fever either but oh well.”

Natalie announced her father Charles had sadly died aged 84.
Sharing the devastating news, she explained his death was the reason “I’ve been very quiet the last few weeks”.
She added: “I lost my precious daddy three weeks ago today.”
Sharing a photo of herself cuddled up to her dad, Natalie hailed her late father as being her “whole world”.
The TV star said although she’s “not sure what I’m going to do without him” her family and friends have been “making it easier”.
Natalie subsequently received supportive messages from some of her former co-stars, including Jacqueline Jossa.
In response to Natalie’s post, Jacqueline wrote on Instagram: “Sorry to hear that beautiful girl, love to you and your family. Lots of love.”
