King Charles chats to Holly Willoughby at Buckingham Palace
Holly Willoughby, 42, shared a cryptic post to her lifestyle Instagram account, Wylde Moon, one day before it was confirmed that Phillip Schofield, 61, had stepped down from This Morning with immediate effect.
On Saturday, Phillip suddenly announced that he was leaving the ITV show.
It comes after a rumoured rift had developed between the co-hosts, with behind-the-scenes tensions reportedly intensifying in recent weeks.
The presenter took to his Instagram stories to reveal that after 20 years, he was leaving Holly and the This Morning sofa behind.
However, fans were quick to discover that Holly had already posted an eerily-related image to her lifestyle account’s 175,000 Instagram followers on Friday — a day before the announcement was made.

The picture Holly posted was a tribute to the New Moon, which read: “Today we embrace the New Moon in Taurus with open arms.
“She has arrived alongside bountiful Jupiter to boost positivity and good fortune.
“Indulge in the abundance this lunation brings for it’s time to make your wildest dreams come true.
“Believe. Receive. Achieve,” it concludes.

A third commented: “I’ll miss Holly & Phil but onwards.”
Following Phillip’s announcement, the mum-of-three took to her own social media to post an official statement.
She wrote to her 8.3 million followers: “Hi everyone… It’s been over 13 great years presenting This Morning with Phil
“And I want to take this opportunity to thank him for all of his knowledge, his experience and his humour.
“The sofa won’t feel the same without him,” she added.
While Schofield didn’t mention Holly in his departure statement, he previously issued a statement regarding their friendship in response to reports it had deteriorated.
He told The Sun: “As I have said before, Holly is my rock. We’re the best of friends — as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone.
“Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her. The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us,” he added.
