It feels like a no-brainer at this point that Netflix will be making a sequel to Charlize Theron‘s movie The Old Guard, but fans might be waiting a while for it to happen.

The action film debuted earlier this month and Netflix already revealed that it will become one of the most-watched films ever on the streaming service. (Find out where it ranks on the Top 10!)

Deadline is now reporting that “fans of the first film shouldn’t expect another installment any time soon.” This is all because of Charlize‘s busy schedule.

Charlize is scheduled to film a sequel to her 2017 movie Atomic Blonde and she has avoided doing action-heavy films back-to-back in the past because of the physical training involved.

The outlet also reports that contract negotiations with Charlize might be complicated as big stars will seek out large salaries from the streaming service. This is because there are no back-end profits on Netflix like there are on theatrical releases.
