Helen Flanagan has admitted she hasn't shared a bed with her fiancé Scott Sinclair for seven years.

The Coronation Street actress shares three children – Matilda, six, Delilah, three, and Charlie, one, with her beau.

But rather than keep their little ones out of the master bedroom, Helen sleeps with them instead.

The 31 year old beauty explained the situation to her followers in an incredibly honest Instagram story, following a recent admission that she will stop breastfeeding her youngest.

"After seven years it would be nice as a couple to actually share a bed and not feel like flat mates," the actress said, also explaining her parenting routine.

"I’ve always co slept with Charlie and the breast feeding went hand in hand," Helen revealed.

She also told her followers that she's currently renovating her house, but the next big project is hers and Scott's bedroom.

"I’ve always just co slept with the kids out of easiness and just basically so I can sleep and just function in the morning," the star added.

While Helen and Preston North End footballer Scott, 33, have been engaged for nearly four years, their relationship has taken a back-seat as their family has been growing rapidly over the last few.

The actress is currently on maternity leave from the ITV soap, but she's finally starting to move on to the next stage after breastfeeding her youngest son.

"It’s been a good week of progress for Charles," the star told her fans. "Totally off my milk all through out the day and just having a feed before bed and when he wakes up a milky feed.

"Had to do it gradual for Charlie and also for me that I don’t get mastitis," the mum-of-three continued. "I’ve not had any regular kind of childcare for Charlie since he’s been born.

Helen added that her little boy has even started to want to move into his own cot after days of being unsettled next to his mum.
