R&B star H.E.R. dropped a new single, “Slide,” last Friday, teaming up with rapper YG.

H.E.R had debuted “Slide” during her act at Lights On Festival in Concord, California. H.E.R, whose real name is Gabi Wilson, sings about a Bonnie and Clyde kind of relationship on the track.

“We on the same wave, you the same way/ You know I be down if it’s with you/ Where we goin’? Baby, what’s the move?/ We should take a trip up to the moon/ Get a room,” she sings.

“I ain’t gotta do too much I know what get you sticky/ I ain’t gotta know astrology I know yo vibes/ Skip the foreplay you won’t let niggas fuck with yo mind/ I ain’t givin’ out apologies when I’m behind/ Fuckin’ up the seats of the brand new ride,” YG responds in the track.

YG also featured on Tyla Yaweh‘s latest single “I Think I Lover Her”, which also dropped on Friday.
