Denise Van Outen and her former partner Eddie Boxshall were a pair loved by many Channel 4 viewers on Celebrity Gogglebox.
But now that Denise, 47, and Eddie, 49, have parted ways after the West End star discovered Eddie had been messaging other women, his replacement on the show has now been confirmed.
Joining TOWIE voiceover star Denise on the sofa will be her best friend Duncan James, and the former boyband singer announced the news on Instagram Stories.
"Can't wait to start filming @c4gogglebox with my bestie @vanouten_denise," he wrote, alongside a picture of the pair of them as they held two glasses of fizz.
Denise confirmed Eddie's replacement by sharing Duncan's story onto her own, as she added a love heart.
It comes after a source said Duncan has been there for Denise after splitting from Eddie – who admitted to texting other women behind her back.
"Denise and Duncan have been pals since they both shot to fame in the late Nineties and he has been helping her through her painful break-up this year," a source told The Sun.
They added that Denise and Duncan have the "perfect chemistry" to win over fans, who will see them have a laugh together while watching TV.
While mum of one Denise is now newly single after throwing Eddie out of her home, her ex has revealed to The Sun he has tried to apologise to her and he is "deeply ashamed" of his behaviour.
Eddie dated Denise for seven years, and when he left her home, he said he was "absolutely gutted" when he knew it would be the last time he would ever see her.

“I hurt Denise, I broke her trust and I’m deeply sorry. I deeply regret that I sent those messages," he confessed.
Eddie added that he has turned to alcohol to cope after their break-up, and he says he "will always love Denise".
He continued: "I hope she finds someone who will treat her right and not betray her trust. But I hope now we can both leave the past behind.”
Denise recently revealed how the “worst part” of her split from her fiancé Eddie Boxshall was telling her 11 year old daughter Betsy of the news.
She admitted Betsy – who Denise shares with former husband Lee Mead – cried when she told her the news of their break-up, confessing it “tore her apart”.
Denise and Eddie were engaged and were planning on walking down the aisle next year.
