Coronation Street actress Alison King has been pictured with her engagement ring on after denying reports she “kissed” her co-star Mikey North at the National Television Awards.
The 46 year old soap actress, who plays Carla Connor on the ITV soap, showed her wedding to IT salesman David Stuckley is still very much on as she was seen for the first time after the reports came out.
Alison sported the ring, which she exclusively told OK! online was designed by her husband-to-be David, as she pushed a shopping trolley filled with bags through a Waitrose car park in Wilmslow.

Protecting her face from the cold February weather, Alison covered her hair with a white wooly hat.
The snap shows the stunning actress pushing the winter hat away from her minimally made-up face while she looked glum.
Alison kept her outfit for the food shop low-key as she sported a green parka coat with a faux fur trim hood and a pair of blue denim jeans which she paired with a black cross body bag.
Her trolley, which she was pushing back to her car after the shopping trip, was filled with comfort food including two tins of salt and vinegar Pringles, a pack of bagels and a steak which rested on top of the full Waitrose bag.
The trolley also contained a black netted bag which had two brown paper bags inside.
The star looked in low spirits and full of thought days after denying reports that she had kissed 33 year old Mikey at the National Television Awards on Tuesday 28 January 2020 after a grainy video was released of the pair having a conversation.

In a statement shared with the Mail Online, the soap star admitted her regret at having “too much to drink” at the bash but denied kissing her co-star.
She said: “I would like to take this opportunity to say that, whilst it was obvious to see that regrettably I did have too much to drink at the National TV Awards, and chose to leave the event early, I did not kiss my co star Mikey North as has been reported.”
Meanwhile, her married co-star Mikey, who was recently spotted on a lads night out, also vehemently denied the “upsetting” reports in an exclusive shared with OK! online.

The actor, who plays Gary Windass on the soap, said: “I would like to make one thing clear: I did not kiss my co-star Alison King during the recent National Television Awards. It is beyond ludicrous to suggest that I would or that I did.
“The grainy recording shows me simply speaking into her ear at what was a noisy public event. This report has caused me and my family a great deal of distress.“
He continued: “I have an amazing wife who I adore and, as incredibly supportive as she is, it is unacceptable that she should have to deal with people seeing this kind of baseless gossip on the front page of a newspaper.
“I am so upset about this, and will not stand by while my personal reputation is tarnished. I have lodged an immediate complaint with the Independent Press Standards Organisation.”
